About
A single chimpanzee wearing a sandwich board that reads LAUGH NOW BUT ONE DAY WE'LL BE IN CHARGE. The source was a 2002 commission for the Ocean Rooms club in Brighton: ten monkeys across three panels, six with the slogan and four blank. Those panels stayed with the club until Bonhams sold them in 2008. The print lifts one ape out of the crowd. Alongside Girl with Balloon it is the most liquid Banksy edition we handle.
